Appointment cancellations for makeup lessons are allowed up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Any cancellation within this time frame entitles the client to reschedule the lesson. In the case of cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment or no-shows, the right to reschedule will be forfeited, and the full cost of the lesson will be charged.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In case of total or partial non-payment of the services provided by the agreed deadlines, the buyer must pay Louise Wittlich a late fee equal to one and a half times the legal interest rate, and access to the online course platform will be suspended. The applicable legal interest rate is the one in effect on the day the services are delivered. This penalty is calculated on the pre-tax amount still owed and begins on the due date without any prior notice. In accordance with Articles 441-6 c. com. and D. 441-5 c. com., any late payment will automatically incur, in addition to late fees, a fixed indemnity of \u20ac40 for recovery costs.
